On Tuesday, 18.02.2025, at 12:00 the press conference “Unmasking russian propagandists. How to bring them to responsibility for incitement to genocide.” will take place at UKRINFORM (B.Khmelnytskyy str., 8/16, Kyiv).
The participants of the press conference will present the analytical report “Crimes of the information war” which demonstrates the spread of the incitement to genocide of the Ukrainians in the russian media and will share the recommendations how to fight against these crimes.
The outcomes of the investigation by the Crimean Human Rights Group as well as the open data base bearing the statements of the russian propagandists having the features of the crimes will be presented either.
There will be the presentation of the original psycholinguistic methodology of the analysis of the texts by Juliya KRYLOVA-HREK which has been used for the mentioned investigation.

Liudmyla OPRYSHKO, attorney-at law, the Chairwoman of the Committee on Media and Advertising Law of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, media lawyer at the NGO “Human Rights Platform”;
Juliya KRYLOVA-HREK – PhD in psychology, the assistant professor at the Kyiv Mohyla Academy, the researcher at the Uppsala University (Sweden), psycholinguist;
Anna MYKYTENKO – lawyer, independent consultant on the international criminal and humanitarian law;
Yana SALAKHOVA – human rights defender, the independent expert and the trainer on the discrimination, hate speech and hate crimes;
Iryna SIEDOVA –investigating journalist, the researcher at the Crimean Human Rights Group.
