The occupying “Sevastopol city court” sentenced Nina Tymoshenko, 66 years old, the resident of Sevastopol, to 16 years of imprisonment in the general regime colony for allegedly “state treason” in line with the Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the RF.
Mrs. Tymoshenko was charged of informing the special services of Ukraine on the location of the vessels of the Black Sea Fleet of the RF.

As the occupiers allege, in September 2022 Mrs. Tymoshenko, who was born in the region of Zakarpattya and was residing in Sevastopol for a long time, “deliberately” called the “hotline” of the Main Department of the Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and voluntarily offered her help aimed against the security of the russian federation.
«Then in October-November 2023 she gathered and transferred via internet messenger to the representative of the special service of Ukraine the data on the military objects of the Ministry of Defense of the russian federation. Besides, she provided him with the photo and video materials with the data on the location of the ships of the Black Sea Fleet”, – the occupiers allege.
Nina Tymoshenko, who according to the notice is the citizen of the RF, was apprehended by the FSB officers.
«Sevastopol city court, taking into account the stance of the public prosecutor, sentenced her to 16 years of imprisonment in the general regime colony, to fine in the amount of RUB 200 000, to 1-year restriction of liberty“,- the notice says.
As the Crimean Human Rights Group has informed, there are at least 18 women from Crimea and Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions detained on the occupied peninsula or on the territory of the RF.
On 26 December “the Sevastopol city court” sentenced Oksana SENEDZHUK, 58 years old, the Ukrainian activist, the philologist, to 15 years of imprisonment in the colony of the general regime and to fine of RUB 200 000.
