One more abducted Ukrainian has been found in the Pre-Trial Detention Center (SIZO) no 2 of Simferopol where political prisoners of Ukrainian South are kept.
As the CHRG informed referring to its information sources, Hennadiy H.Lasins’kyy (born 1988), a resident of the village of Velyka Kardashynka, Hola Prystan’ District, Kherson Region, was detained in Kherson Region.
According to the preliminary data, he is being charged under RF Criminal Code Article 222 (Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, or translocation of heavy calibre firearms).
In late October 2022 Mr.Lasins’kyy was moved from Kherson Region to Simferopol SIZO no 2 where he is kept now.
As reported by the CHRG, as of the end of 2022, about 110 persons convoyed from Kherson and Zaporizhia regions were kept in the new SIZO no 2. First, they were abducted, tortured, and then brought to Simferopol, to the purposefully established SIZO no 2, that is controlled by the FSB and is not subordinate to the UFSIN. In addition, the people kept in this SIZO are not defendants in any criminal cases, so they can’t be visited by the lawyers.
