Vilen Temeryanov, a citizen journalist, arrested in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case, is undergoing a forced forensic examination in the Simferopol mental hospital, lawyer Marlen Khalikov informed.
According to the defense lawyer, as ordered by the court, Mr.Temer’yanov has stayed at hospital for more than 20 days and may soon return to the detention center, the Crimean Solidarity reports.
Vilen Temeryanov was transferred to the Clinical Mental Hospital No. 1 according to the court order to undergo a forced psychiatric forensic examination.
Earlier Mr.Enver Krosh, a Crimean Tatar activist, underwent a psychiatric examination at the special Simferopol hospital under the FSB demand.
To remind: on August 11, 2022, Russian security men searched homes of four Crimean Tatar families in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The Russians broke into the houses at 4:00am. Searches were carried out in the city of Dzhankoy and in the Dzhankoy district, these were families of Seitiay Abbozov, Enver Krosh, Vilen Temeryanov and Murat Mustafayev.
