Mr Bogdan Ziza, aged 28, detained by the RF FSB for splashing the the Yevpatoriya “administration” building with yellow and blue paints protesting against the war, was extended a detention period for 3 months, until 16 January 2023.
As reported, the RF FSB detained Bogdan Ziza, a Crimean, on May 17. He was charged with splashing the entrance of the Yevpatoriya “administration” building with yellow and blue paints on the night of May 16.
On May 18 Tatiana Rotko, ‘judge’ of ‘Yevpatoriya Town Court’ decided on arresting Mr.Bogdan Ziza for 2 months under RF CC Article 20.3.3 (discreditation of the Russian armed forces).
In early June Yelena Spasionova, a judge of ‘the Supreme Court’ of Crimea, upheld the decision of first instance ‘court’. Then Mr.Ziza was not accused of terrorism, he was charged only with Criminal Code of Russian Federation Article 30-3 (attempted crime) and Article 167-2 (deliberate destruction or damage to another’s property). However, RosFinMonitoring added Bogdan Ziza to the updated “list of terrorists and extremists.”
In early July new charges were added. Now he is being accused of violation of RF CC Article 167-2 (deliberate destruction or damage to another’s property by arson); 214 (vandalism), 205 (terrorist act).
