The occupiers have detained Mr. Andriy Babychenko, a resident of Feodosiya, allegedly for “calling to attack the Crimean Bridge and waiting for the ZSU to come”.
As reported by the occupiers, the man also “discredited and offended the army of Russia, the country and the president”.
The occupation “E Center” men searched the Crimean’s apartment. Later, a video with an “apology” was posted on the page of blogger-collaborator Aleksandr Talipov.
The “Feodosia City Court” received administrative cases against Mr. Babychenko under the articles of discrediting the Russian army (RF CoAO Article 20.3.3-1) and disobedience to the police (RF CoAO Article 19.3-1).
“OVD-info” reports that the files on disobedience to the “police” of Andriy’s parents: Vyacheslav and Olga Babychenkom has been also registered at the “court”.
