The occupation “court” imposed a fine of RUB50,000 on a resident of Lenino, a Crimean village, for “discrediting the Russian Army” and RF President”.
As reported by press office of the occupation “Leninskiy District Court”, a 49-aged Crimean woman placed a post for herself in the house’s chat in which she allegedly discredited the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation as well as Putin.
She was set a punishment as RUB 50,000 penalty.
It was clarified that the woman pled guilty at the “court” session.
To remind: in January – March 2025, the CHRG documented at least 159 administrative cases under RF CoAO Article 20.3.3, sent to the Crimean “courts” for consideration (“discreditation of the Russian Army”), with administrative punishment judgement (a fine or an administrative arrest) made in 151 of them. For the entire period of the full-scale invasion, the CHRG has documented at least 1,152 administrative proceedings of this kind.
