The occupying “prosecution office” alleges that the indicted person “being against the special military operation, at the end of 2022 contacted the Security Service staff to inform them on his readiness to cooperate, including sabotage and terroristic acts”.
The occupants maintain that allegedly in March 2024 the supervisors tasked the person concerned with finding the explosive devices and the destruction components and hiding them in secret place.
“The man learnt the basics of handling explosive devices, got a self-made explosive device, the receiver and the transmitter, as well as the explosive substance containing hexogen which he placed at the specified location and informed the official of the Security Service of Ukraine ”, – the occupants claim.
Later the FSB officers apprehended the man. For the time being it is up to Pivdenny military district court to consider his “case” on the merits.
As the Crimean Human Rights Group has urged, at least 83 persons are behind bars within the Crimean “proceedings of the Ukrainian saboteurs and spies”, including those apprehended in Crimea and at least 28 persons abducted in the regions of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson after 24 February 2022.
Within these proceedings the FSB of RF, while apprehension, charge the Crimean residents of “ sabotage, preparation, weapons storage, and espionage” . In order to get testimonies, confessions the FSB of RF apply the illegal investigation methods, tortures, breach of innocence, spread of video recordings of “confession” via Russian media.
Within 2024 there were at least 23 verdicts proclaimed in cases of “Ukrainian saboteurs and spies” by the courts of Russia and the “courts” in occupied territories of Ukraine.
