The list includes judges who passed judgements on depriving citizens of Ukraine of liberty contrary to the right on a fair trial and an effective remedy, with a clear fabrication of evidence and/ or using other unlawful investigation means including torturing. Awarding judgements on deprivation of liberty was caused by political reasons and prejudicial treatment of citizens of Ukraine by judges due to their political or religious beliefs or due their exercising the right on freedom of expression and freedom of peaceful assemblies and associations.
The information is prepared by the Crimean Human Rights Group based on the findings of permanent monitoring of human right violations in Crimea.
